ComInc. provides cultural translation, self-guided route content, and consultation services in the Myoko & Joetsu area of Niigata, Japan. Our kominka stay (accommodation, "Cominca-stay.") is currently in preparation and not yet available.
2. Booking & Cancellation
Our kominka stay is in preparation and not yet open for booking. Booking, payment, and cancellation terms will be published here once reservations open.
3. Liability
ComInc. acts as a facilitator connecting you with local services and experiences. While we take every care to ensure quality and safety, participation in outdoor activities and travel carries inherent risks.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, design — is the property of ComInc. and may not be reproduced without permission.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Joetsu District Court.
